SFR is Frances leading telephone, mobile and broadband provider with over 1000 shops and millions of customers based all around France, it is part of the vivendi group. Native Design was employed by SFR on a range of projects ranging from the building of their next generation set-top box to evaluating and improving their range of cloud based business SAS services. As the lead Creative Technologist I was responsible for recruiting both HTML5 /JS / CSS3 and Android / IOS developers for the project, managing these developers, and leading and ensuring technical creativity throughout. The role required that i travelled to Paris regularly to both pitch and win the projects and subsequently discuss the ongoing developments.
The project was run in an agile, sprint-based environment that utilised Basecamp, GitHub and HipChat.
